Private notes to other authors in WordPress

 In an editorial environment there are times when it may be useful to leave private notes on the same inputs to other web authors . There are many possible situations.

In my experience I have used it on occasion to leave notes to the effect that the entry requires further editing and stuff, but you sure can you think of more ideas for using this trick.


Activating it is easy, just two steps. The first is that will activate the short code to use , and would add these lines to your plugin function :

What function does is create the shortcode in question, in this case [note] , and what you will do when we use it is wrapped in the div CSS class - we must create our taste aside - call -private note .

These notes only appear to users with ability to publish posts , defined in the third line, but you can also adapt it to your needs.

To use it simply would you do that:

[Note] In this article you have to add a block of references at the end for details. When you finish this deletes private note. [/ Note]

In the entry code would look like this:
